The purpose of the Hospitality Committee to prepare for Church related social functions.
Committee duties and responsibilities include: Prepare social functions for incoming ministers, outgoing ministers, ordination, and installation services. Prepare refreshments and arrange for childcare when needed for Church related functions. Maintain adequate disposable supplies needed for meals and socials. Assist the Program Committee at Homecoming by making preparations for the meal. Purchase gifts for the Pastor and Children’s Church Coordinator, including Christmas, ordination, and departure. Provide for the personal needs of a visiting minister.
